- Salt & pepper to taste
- Pita bread or 2 cups cooked rice (as base)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill marinated chicken over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
- Prepare tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper.
- On a serving plate or bowl with rice or pita bread as the base, slice grilled chicken and top with tzatziki sauce and fresh veggies.
