  • 1/3 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chili paste (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: In a pot, cover eggs with cold water by an inch. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, cover, then remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes before transferring to ice water.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Once cooled, peel the eggs under running water. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Add mayonnaise, chili paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to yolks. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill the Egg Whites: Use a piping bag or spoon to fill each egg white half generously with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle paprika on top and arrange on a serving platter.
