  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (1 lb)
  • 6 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) Black Beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
