  • 3 large Russet potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer potato slices in an overlapping pattern and pour cheese sauce over each layer.
  4. After half the potatoes, add cheddar and Gruyère cheeses before adding remaining potatoes and sauce.
