- 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 ripe avocado (sliced)

- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
