  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup fresh salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create boats.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and black beans; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Fill each zucchini boat generously with the turkey mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
