Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, melted butter, and Guinness until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool completely on wire racks before frosting with the cream cheese mixture.
