  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting larger ones in half.
  2. Cut each bacon strip in half.
  3. Wrap each sprout with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped sprouts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and browned.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
