  • 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced
  • 4 toasted brioche or sesame buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound each chicken breast to an even thickness.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with garlic powder, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with panko.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry breaded chicken pieces for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
