  • 8 oz fresh lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Dipping sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near one corner. Fold over the corner and roll tightly while tucking in the sides.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
