Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cranberries and red bell pepper.
  2. In a medium skillet, sauté the diced onion in olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in sugar and apple cider vinegar; simmer until sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Add the chopped cranberries and red bell pepper; cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until cranberries burst open.
  5. If desired, mix in jalapeño for extra heat.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to an airtight container.
