- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
