  • 4 pork sausage links
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Real maple syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage links in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  2. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  3. Place one sausage link on one end of each bread slice and roll tightly.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture until coated.
  5. In a pan, heat butter over medium heat and cook each roll-up seam-side down until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
