  • 8 oz rice noodles (or egg noodles)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or sugar)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the vegetables and peeling the shrimp.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
