  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder and mix well, then incorporate eggs one at a time.
  3. 3. Fold in flour and chocolate chips until just combined.
  4. 4. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. 5. Pour brownie batter over the crust, top with mini marshmallows, and bake for 25-30 minutes until set but soft in the center.
  6. 6. Cool completely before lifting out of the pan using parchment paper; slice into squares.
