- 1 cup mini marshmallows

- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder and mix well, then incorporate eggs one at a time.
- 3. Fold in flour and chocolate chips until just combined.
- 4. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- 5. Pour brownie batter over the crust, top with mini marshmallows, and bake for 25-30 minutes until set but soft in the center.
- 6. Cool completely before lifting out of the pan using parchment paper; slice into squares.
