  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and the last with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
