  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let the cooked chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, diced cucumber, chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Add sliced chicken to the tzatziki mixture; stir gently to coat.
