- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix together whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, ¾ cup of cheddar cheese, Jiffy mix, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
