  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers)
  • 1 cup jasmine rice

Instructions
